EK KOSHISH TRUST ’s Donation Refund Policy
EK KOSHISH TRUST takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline.
Case 1: Double transaction or wrong amount entered: –Request mail required to be sent to info@ekkoshishtrust.in mail ID with a valid reason. After verifying the details of the transaction and justifying the reason with respect to the gift acceptance policy, the amount as received is refunded and the transaction charges shall be borne by the concerned donor. The said process completes within 30 days of the date on which ‘the request mail’ has been received.
Case 2: If any transaction is cancelled by the user during the processing period and the amount is not credited to the account of the TRUST but has been debited from the user account:- EK KOSHISH TRUST is not at all responsible for a refund for the same. The matter has to be resolved by the user with their bank/merchant. The Organization shall resolve the matter up to the extent of its limit. For this, the donor is kindly requested to email their concern to Sansthan at info@ekkoshishtrust.in

एक कोशिश (ट्रस्ट) की स्थापना समाज कल्याण एवं वैचारिक परिवर्तन के लिए किया गया है। अपनी पारिवारिक एवं विभागीय जिम्मेदारियों के साथ-साथ अपनी जन्मभूमि, अपने गांव, समाज, जिला, प्रदेश और देश के प्रति निस्वार्थ/निष्पक्ष रूप से समर्पित समाज के सदस्य ही इस ट्रस्ट के संचालक/कर्मचारी/कार्यकर्ता हैं।
इस ट्रस्ट का दृष्टिकोण शिक्षा के स्तर को बढ़ाकर समाज की बुराइयों को मिटाना और मानव कल्याण करना है।
जैसे- शिक्षा क्षेत्र में सुधार करना, शिक्षा के प्रति लोगों को जागरुक एवं प्रेरित करना, रोजगार परस्त शिक्षण-प्रशिक्षण दिलाना तथा लोगों को रोजगार से जोड़ने का प्रयास करना, महिला सशक्तिकरण, गांव स्तर पर ग्रामीण पाठशाला की स्थापना एवं संचालन करना, छोटे-बड़े स्कूल कालेजों की स्थापना व संचालन करना, एजुकेशनल हब के आसपास छात्रावास की स्थापना एवं संचालन करना, अनाथालय व वृद्धाश्रम की स्थापना एवं संचालन करना, लोगों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने का प्रयास करना, समाज में सामाजिक एकता, अखंडता, भाई-चारा आपसी सहयोग कायम करना-कराना, समाज में फैली बुराइयों/कुरीतियों को दूर करने का प्रयास करना, जागरुक कर अंधविश्वास के प्रति सचेत करना, आपातकाल या मुसीबत में ट्रस्ट के सदस्यों की यथासंभव मदद करने का प्रयास करना,एक कोशिश (ट्रस्ट) एक गैर लाभकारी संगठन है और यह अपने सभी दान-अनुदान जैसे धन, चल-अचल संपत्ति आदि के पारदर्शिता के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
